Close the Day in Stillness, Together

The same simple format as the morning sit — brief opening guidance from a community member, followed by silent meditation. A way to let the day settle before sleep.

These evening sessions are held in noble silence and run for thirty minutes. The room opens at 7:20 PM so we can gather and arrive together.

Who it’s for: Anyone. All levels welcome.
