Thirty minutes of quiet meditation before the day begins. An experienced community member offers brief opening guidance to help settle the body and mind, and the rest of the sit is unguided. The session is held in noble silence.
There’s something about practicing alongside others — even through a screen — that steadies the practice in a way that sitting alone doesn’t quite match. This is a simple offering: show up, sit, and begin your day from a quieter place.
Who it’s for: Anyone with a meditation practice, or anyone who’d like to start one. All levels.
