Recovery Dharma
Buddhist Practices and Peer Support for Healing the Suffering of Addiction
"This is a path to freedom from any repetitive and habitual behavior that causes suffering."
Recovery Dharma is a peer-led community that uses Buddhist practices — meditation, self-inquiry, compassion, and the support of others — as tools for recovery and healing. It is grounded in the belief that each of us has the capacity to recover and to find freedom.
This group welcomes anyone working with addiction of any kind — whether related to substances, codependency, gambling, eating, relationships, technology, or any habitual pattern that creates suffering. Meetings include meditation, readings, and group sharing. No meditation experience is necessary.
Who it’s for: Anyone interested in recovery from addiction, in all its forms.
