Sacred Clarity

Taking Care Through Meditation and Mindful Living

Clarity doesn't need a mountaintop. It blooms in the mundane.
~ David Maze

Let’s face it—we are living in challenging times, and it is affecting many of us profoundly. And yet, amidst the struggle, we are also trying to live full and healthy lives, to care for ourselves, others, and the world around us. This practice invites us to turn toward what lies at the root of both our difficulties and our capacity for wellbeing: our personal and collective hearts and minds.

Everything arises from heart/mind. And Sacred Clarity means seeing through confusion, delusion, and reactivity—not with cold detachment, but with understanding, care, presence of mind. It is a clarity that is deeply human, reverent, and responsive. A clarity that helps us live—not just with greater well-being, but in a way that stays true to what is most meaningful to us.

This workshop is for those who are just beginning, and for those seeking to deepen their lifelong meditation and mindful living practice. It is for anyone who is curious about living with a radical clarity—for the benefit of themselves, others, and the wider world.

In this deep, yet gentle and supportive workshop, we’ll explore how to:

  • Establish or deepen a meditation practice grounded in compassion, clarity, and care
  • Bring mindfulness into daily life in a way that supports wise, wholehearted living
  • Navigate personal struggle and collective challenges with steadiness and discernment
  • Recognize and nurture goodness, health, and beauty—even in the midst of difficulty

We will also be working with the C.A.R.E. framework, an accessible, heart-based method for bringing the Dharma into everyday life.

This is not a course in escaping reality. It is a practice of turning toward it—together. Whether you are beginning your journey or seeking to renew your commitment, you are welcome. Come as you are.
